This project reflects my approach of transforming small spaces into harmonious environments, where every detail enhances both function and flow. The challenge involved reimagining a tertiary space by converting three meeting rooms into two independent Airbnb units, while also optimizing the remaining area into efficient office spaces.
By creating a balance between openness and intimacy, each area serves a dual purpose, maximizing space efficiency while maintaining comfort. The design maximizes both aesthetic appeal and functionality, showcasing how thoughtful planning can seamlessly integrate different uses within a single space.
COMPACT SPACES
Creating spaciousness & Intimacy


In this 21.2m² space, fluid lines and arches enhance depth, while a custom slatted screen adds character and intimacy to the bedroom. A suspended ceiling return structures the layout and discreetly integrates electrical distribution.


In this 28.3m² apartment, hidden spaces optimize storage while maintaining fluidity. A curved ceiling detail subtly expands the space, enhances depth, and separates areas without closing them off, creating a harmonious flow.
Strategic Space Reconfiguration
Clever transformation of former meeting rooms into 2 fully independent Airbnb units, maximizing rental potential while maintaining fluidity and functionality.
Seamless Circulation & Flow
Creation of a dedicated entrance for Airbnb guests, a redesigned staircase for better movement, and an expanded workspace with enhances natural light.
High-Performance Technical Upgrades
Optimized water distribution, individual electrical panels for efficient energy management, and an advances ventilation system ensuring air quality and comfort.

This budget allowed us to propose viable design solutions that stayed within financial constraints, ensuring the client’s vision was realized without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
